We have found that young people benefit from this kind of service which puts them at the centre at a time when lots of new things are happening and enables them to find their feet.

Our team of Floating Support Workers help young people who are moving into their own house or flat with anything from sorting out the electricity, learning about budgeting, finding out about benefits or how to cook a meal for themselves.

Support Workers visit young people in their own homes to develop a support plan agreeing goals to be achieved until such a time that the young person no longer needs support.
